- 4 / 5By James PaskFound this coffee shop following recommendation from a friend. The sandwich bar has now been extended and there's a coffee shop on the side. Tables and comfy chairs are situated in the front part of the shop whilst out the back there are sofas and more comfy leisure style chairs. We went on a Saturday and were the only ones in the front part (a family were at the back) - clearly it was empty like this because no-one knows about it yet! Service was quick and attentive. Ordered a cappuccino and a mocha, some rocky road and a bakewell tart and it was under £9 - great tasting too.
Would thoroughly recommend this whether you are after a quick catch up with a friend or going as a group - surprisingly though, the menu choice of sandwiches and wraps seems somewhat limited (considering it is a sandwich shop!) but I guess they don't want to scare customers off with too much choice. At a guess, they'd pretty much make any sandwich you wanted to order!
