  Don't get me wrong, staff were absolutely fantastic, and friendly aswell but the reason I'm issuing 4 stars is because i spent £12 on taxis (i live over an hours walk away and don't drive) only to wait for half an hour for my allocated person to appear, have no explanation or even apology as to why i had to wait that long, and received 10 minutes of service which very easily could be done over the phone or by email. I was asked what the issue was, what i thought was causing it and was issued basic instructions and to come back if symptoms persisted, your usual humdrum doctor recital.

  Went for physio. Which was excellent. The whole place is just a bit odd. Hidden away in a light industrial unit. There is a small café in the entrance which doubles up as reception which all just felt a bit awkward and cobbled together.
